Wensley Consulting specialises in Mechanical and Electrical Building Engineering Sevices. The company was formed in 1998 in Sale Cheshire and now comprises three offices located around the country. The company seeks to design Building Services which are able to improve our clients bottom line profit.

This can take several forms:

Designing the engineering services to maximise client income through reducing servicing areas or securing the office environment.

• Using whole life costing to reduce the financial impact of the services costs.
• Designing services which meet the corporate objectives in reducing the services impact upon the environment.
• Identifying failing services and introducing pragmatic and cost efficient services.
• We achieve this aim by employing experienced, qualified staff who are committed to the above principles.
• The company operates from two main offices, Manchester and Newbury.

Wensley Consulting carries out Building Services engineering in all of the following areas:

• Site inspections and surveys
• Peer Reviews and value engineering
• On site measurement, testing and commissioning
• Fault diagnosis and correction
• FM surveys for M&E and FFM&E
